You will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor hygiene, manage inventory, and train kitchen staff while proposing new menus and handling events.

Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, with HACCP knowledge preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Higher Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Hygiene Manager certificate is highly preferred.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
