You will supervise F&B staff, plan rosters, and ensure compliance with HSE procedures, while driving continuous improvements in quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare staff rosters, maintain staff records, submit operational reports, and perform administrative paperwork duties.

Food Service Operations Management: Manage and oversee daily cafeteria and food service operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, supervise, and support F&B staff to maintain operational performance and service standards.

Customer & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients while addressing operational and service needs.

Culinary & Menu Management: Manage food cost, menu planning, and support the development of new products and menu offerings.

Food Quality & Production Oversight: Supervise food preparation and kitchen operations to ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are achieved.

Food Safety & HSE Compliance: Ensure adherence to sanitation, hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards in line with HSE requirements.

Inventory & Ordering Management: Implement and manage kitchen planning, inventory control, and central ordering systems for the outlet.

Workforce Planning & Administration: Prepare staff rosters, maintain staff records, submit operational reports, and perform administrative paperwork duties.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

Adhere to Compass HSE systems and procedures

Follow all Emergency Response plans on site

Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks

Adhere to and always maintain food handling standards and food safety plan

Job Requirements:

A least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees.

Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skill.
