Job summary

Local Bank (Hong Kong) is seeking a Manager, Customer Information Maintenance to oversee the operations team in the Customer Information Maintenance Department. The role supports credit approval and application collection for card products within the bank’s operations division.

You will supervise staff, review procedures for efficiency, and participate in UAT and project initiatives. Banking operations knowledge and Fintech exposure are valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience in banking operations.
• Good knowledge of banking operations and customer requirements.
• Experience in Fintech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as team supervisor for staff to provide high-quality services on credit card processing functions.
• Review existing work procedures to enhance efficiency, including fraud detection and AML name screening.
• Escalate to supervisor any irregular events in a timely manner.
• Involve in projects, prepare/review user requirements and participate in UAT.
• Train new joiners or transfer knowledge of new features to peers.
• Review workflow and suggest ideas to re-engineer process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform any duties assigned by supervisor within the scope of the role.
