Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Information systems or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in project management with exposure to credit card operations lifecycle, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and implement in credit card product development projects and initiatives, including systems enhancement, operation and workflow enhancement.
• Work closely with business users and IT teams to gather and document business requirements for operations enhancements or system fixes.
• Support project and product implementation by preparing user requirements, participating in UAT, and validating outputs against requirements.
• Deliver projects within timeframe and budget.
• Prepare and maintain operation reports, workflow documentation, and analysis materials for management review.
• Develop and maintain MI reports and dashboards for management reporting, business development, and market trend analysis.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal control standards during project execution.
