Job summary

The Wellbeing Group (HK) Company Limited is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will ensure accurate multi-currency fund management, oversee daily cash flows, and collaborate with auditors to support yearly audits.

You will maintain Hong Kong tax compliance, optimize financial systems, and manage asset/investment activities while communicating clearly with stakeholders in Cantonese and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, taxation or related fields.
• 5+ years of enterprise financial work experience; familiar with mainland China and Hong Kong financial and tax regulations, accounting standards and related policies.
• Proficient in daily office software; Excel data processing; familiar with SAP/Yonyou systems; fluent in Cantonese and English.
• Hong Kong permanent resident or valid HK work visa.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and multi-currency fund accounts; manage receipts/payments, bank accounts, and fund allocation with risk controls.
• Coordinate financial affairs, optimize management systems, reimbursements and fund controls; ensure tax compliance in Hong Kong.
• Oversee asset and investment management and related financial tasks.
• Handle additional financial matters assigned by superiors.

About the role

Responsible for the company's accounting calculations and financial statement preparation. Interface with group and listed company requirements to complete financial data reconciliation, reporting, and analysis. Organize company financial budgeting, final accounts, and annual audit work.

Key responsibilities

Manage financial planning and multi-currency fund account management; oversee daily company receipts and payments management and review, bank account management, fund allocation and related financial risk control

Manage company financial affairs, optimize financial management systems, reimbursement and fund control processes; handle Hong Kong local tax compliance and related financial work

Manage company asset management, investment management and related financial work

Complete other financial matters assigned by superiors

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, taxation or related fields

5 or more years of enterprise financial work experience; familiar with mainland China and Hong Kong financial and tax regulations, accounting standards and related policies and regulations

Proficient in daily office software, skilled in Excel data processing, familiarity with SAP/Yonyou systems preferred; fluent in Cantonese, smooth reading and writing in Chinese and English

Rigorous and meticulous, diligent and dedicated, with good professional conduct and communication and writing ability

Hong Kong permanent resident or possess valid work visa for Hong Kong
