FUJIFILM BI Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (IT Infrastructure) to design and govern the organization’s infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The role leads technology strategy, ensures scalability and security, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to address infrastructure challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT infrastructure roles with architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge across networking, virtualization, storage, cloud, identity management and automation tools.

• Azure/AWS/TOGAF/VMware/CCNP/CCIE certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect (IT Infrastructure) to design, optimize, and govern the organization’s infrastructure architecture across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will drive technology strategy, ensure scalability and security, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver & solve the customer challenge in building their infrastructure.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Architecture Design: Lead the design and development on-prem/hybrid/cloud solutions for specify requirement.
• Technology Roadmap & Strategy: Maintain an up-to-date IT technology and solution and alignment with business objectives, including cost/benefit analysis and technology lifecycle management.
• Performance, Reliability & Security Optimization: Ensure infrastructure meets high standards for availability, resilience, security, and capacity management.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Provide expert guidance to engineering teams, participate in major project planning, and ensure architectural best practices are followed.
• Pre-sales support: Develop and present technical proposals, SOW and RFP; and supporting sales teams in technical view.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical point of contact, conducting workshops to meet the business needs.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive Infrastructure Architecture Experience: 8+ years in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 3–5 years in an architecture or senior design position.
• Strong Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge across networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage systems, cloud platforms, identity management, and automation tools.
• Technical Requirement: Networking Infrastructure: Router & Switching; Virtualization Infrastructure: Server/Desktop Virtualization; Storage Infrastructure: Unified/Multiprotocol/Software-Defined/Content-Addressed Storage; Security Infrastructure: Network/Application/Cloud/Endpoint/Data Security; Disaster Infrastructure: Active - Passive/ Active - Active/ Multi-Site
• Cloud Architecture Skills: Hands‑on experience designing and implementing cloud or hybrid architectures (preferably Azure/AWS).
• Relevant Certifications Preferred: Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP, or equivalent are strong advantages.
• Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to translate technical requirements into business impacts and collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Securities Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.
• Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.
• Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
• Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
• Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.
