Job summary

HR Plus's client, a leading telecommunications company in Hong Kong, seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager for Intelligent Building solutions. You will identify opportunities in the property sector, craft strategic partnerships, and engage major developers, landlords, and building managers to drive adoption of fixed network services.

You should have at least 8 years in ICT, strong coordination, negotiation, and presentation skills, and networks with property developers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ICT/telecoms experience.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
• Experience with property developers or landlords is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and capture opportunities in the property industry for intelligent building solutions.
• Derive strategic partnership plans and channels to engage developers, landlords, owners, building consultants, and managers.

About the job Business Development Manager, Intelligent Building

About our client:

Our client is a well-established and sizable telecommunications corporation with headquarter in Hong Kong and presence globally. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently looking for experienced business development professionals to drive the business growth.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and capture the business opportunities in the property industry with quick adoption of intelligent building solutions
• Derive strategic partnership plan and communication channels to effectively build and engage key stakeholders such as property developers, landlords, owners, building consultants, property management companies, building management offices
• Act as the trusted advisor to the customers and project-in-charge to ensure successful deployment of intelligent building solutions and fixed network services inclusive of acquiring customer needs, accessing requirements, preparing high quality proposals & bid documents, delivering demos, presentation & technical solutions, etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in IT & Telecommunications, Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in ICT industry with good understanding of related products and services
• Sound knowledge of fixed network & telecom ordinance would be advantage
• Good connections with property developers and/or landlords would be highly preferable
• Strong coordination, negotiation and presentation skills
• Tactful and outgoing personality and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
