Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Senior Manager, Intelligent Building Solution for a global client in Hong Kong. You will lead projects introducing intelligent building and fixed network services to developers, landlords and owners, and build strategic partnerships across key stakeholders.

You will develop high-quality proposals and act as a technical consultant, shaping the sales pipeline and new solution opportunities while working independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma in IT & Telecommunication, Property Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Fixed Network & Telecom Ordinance would be advantageous
• Connections with property developers and/or landlords highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing

Responsibilities

• Act as project in charge for introducing intelligent building solutions and fixed network services to developers, landlords and owners
• Proactively engage with developers and landlords to form strategic partnerships
• Develop and maintain communication with Building Management Offices, Incorporators, Developers and Owners
• Prepare and conduct demonstrations and technical presentations for customers
• Be the technical consultant and trusted advisor to customers
• Contribute to building a healthy sales pipeline

About our client:

Our client is a global communications company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Manager, Intelligent Building Solution to join their growing team.

Job Description:

• Act as project in charge for the introduction of intelligent building solutions and fixed network services to property developers, landlords and owners
• Proactively engage with property developers, build good rapport and form strategic partnership
• Develop and maintain communication channels with Building Management Offices / Incorporated Owners / Developers / Landlords respectively in the order of developers, landlords, owners, building consultants, property management companies
• Prepare and conduct demonstrations, technical presentations and present ideas and solutions to customers
• Have deep knowledge on our offerings and capabilities
• Assess customer's needs and based on customer’s requirement to prepare high quality proposals, presentations and bid documents
• Be the technical consultant for the team, while being also a trusted advisor to the customer
• Contribute to building healthy sales pipeline
• Design and incubate new solutions driven by business opportunities

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in IT & Telecommunication, Property Management or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Fixed Network & Telecom Ordinance would be advantageous
• Possess connections with property developers and/ or landlords would be highly preferred
• Strong coordination, negotiation and presentation skills
• Tactful and outgoing personality and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
