Job summary

Parkland Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a business development professional to grow our presence in the Hong Kong property management market. You will leverage local networks and market knowledge to develop opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial and public-sector properties.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Hong Kong property management industry, local operating practices and tendering procedures.
• Experience in property management business development, commercial development or project coordination in Hong Kong.
• Good relationship with Owners’ Corporations, management committee is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Self-motivated, reliable and strong awareness of the property management market.

Responsibilities
