Geosys Hong Kong Limited in Hong Kong is hiring a Business Development Manager / Solution Sales Manager to lead sales operations, maintain client relationships, drive market expansion, and manage the full lifecycle of our AI‑integrated GIS and smart city solutions.

This role requires a proven ability to win government and enterprise deals, build a high‑performing BD team, collaborate with technical and delivery teams, and run digital campaigns to boost lead generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales or account management, with government/enterprise exposure.
• Proven ability to lead deals from promotion through delivery and closure.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English; Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales across government and enterprise clients, including pipeline and contract closure.
• Lead market expansion, identify new opportunities, and enter new verticals.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
• Manage full lifecycle of solution projects from pre-sales to delivery.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery and budgets.
• Plan online marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Develop procurement process knowledge and support budgeting cycles.
• Build and mentor a high-performing BD/sales team.
