Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a capable professional to lead the end-to-end development and deployment of smart property management systems for residential projects in Hong Kong. You will oversee design, vendor selection, system integration and go-live, driving AI-powered operations and continuous improvement.

Collaborating with IT, engineering and onsite teams, you will implement predictive maintenance, energy optimisation, and automation across facilities, ensuring compliance with HK regulations

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI technologies to optimize property operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with HK regulations and standards for property management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of smart property management systems for residential projects.
• Oversee conceptual design, vendor selection, system integration to go-live and iteration.
• Drive daily property operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, parking and landscaping.
• Integrate smart hardware and software solutions from Mainland China and Hong Kong into a unified AI-powered command centre.
• Use AI for predictive maintenance, AI-driven energy optimisation and automated work orders.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering and onsite teams to ensure seamless integration of smart systems.
• Prepare performance dashboards and data-driven optimisation recommendations.
• Liaise with residents on operations, handle escalations and ensure service standards.
• Prepare annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets and drive cost optimisation through smart automation.
• Stay current with emerging smart building tech and cross-regional best practices.
