Job summary

Speedy Group Corp. Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer (GenAI & Automation) to build GenAI workflows, prototypes, and AI-enabled solutions for civil/public sector use cases. You will collaborate with bureau teams to understand operations, design and test prompts, and deliver practical, scalable AI applications.

You will lead hands-on development, integrate APIs, and provide documentation and trainings to business users, ensuring rapid delivery and stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in system implementation, application development, or digital transformation.
• Sound knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, APIs and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience configuring or supporting IT systems or digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with bureau/departments to translate business requirements into GenAI, workflow automation, or other AI use cases.
• Guide departments through transitioning to AI-enabled workflows and align stakeholders.
• Build GenAI workflows and dashboards using listed tools to rapidly prototype solutions.
• Design, test and refine prompts, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for accuracy.
• Integrate data pipelines with AI infrastructure and APIs.
• Prepare user guides and conduct trainings for change management.
