Job summary

Delken Group Limited is seeking a Project Officer (Building Services & Maintenance) in Hong Kong to oversee general repairs, maintenance, and fit-out projects across a mixed property portfolio including offices, industrial, residential, and retail properties.

The role requires supervising on-site contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and handling emergencies with support from the Manager of Projects & Building Services.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in relevant field (Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / FM / Building Eng).
• Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Registered Electrical Worker License “A” holder or above.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle general building repair, daily maintenance and fit-out projects for a mixed property portfolio.
• Supervise on-site contractors and monitor quality and progress of works.
• Handle emergency cases including breakdowns of essential building services systems and ad-hoc projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Projects & Building Services Department.
