Job summary

Urban Property Management Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Maintenance Officer to prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, supervise technicians and contractors, and ensure daily upkeep of building services.

You will investigate causes of building defects, prepare quotations, tender documents, estimates and budgets, and assist the manager with renovation and service improvements, delivering quality care to customers.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in PC operation and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme.
• Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work.
• Investigate and evaluate the cause of building defects and system breakdown.
• Prepare quotation, tender document, estimate and budget for maintenance work.
• Assist manager in renovation project and improvement work.
• Assist manager to provide quality services to customer.
