Job summary

Pacific Extend Properties Management Limited 泓建物業管理有限公司 is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead a team of technical staff in operating, repairing and maintaining building service systems for a large commercial building in Hong Kong. The role reports to the Technical Manager and requires strong leadership and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Exposure to property management is an advantage.
• Holder of REW License A0 and Green Card recommended.
• Strong leadership, good teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical staff to operate, repair and maintain building service systems of a large commercial building.
• Provide day-to-day building maintenance management services at the site.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
