Qualifications

• Degree holders in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and customer service skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• In-Charge to manage and assign work orders to the technical team for routine repair and maintenance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and recommend improvements.
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide solutions after investigation.
• Participate in maintenance purchase and budget proposals within the approved budget.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure safety during maintenance works and keep records of tenderings and quotations.
