Job summary

Chief Group Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Branch Operation / Business Operation Executive to handle daily office routines, perform admin tasks, and respond to client inquiries. You will assist Key Account Managers with onboarding, collect documents (KYC/ID), and guide VIP clients through the process.

The role requires 1–2 years in branch operations or related roles, excellent Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and strong MS Office skills plus a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in branch operations, sales support, customer service or admin roles.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel) skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
• Proactive, organized and solution oriented with a positive attitude.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily routine operations, office administration and general customer inquiries.
• Assist Key Account Managers with onboarding, collecting client documents (KYC/ID/PI proofs) and guiding VIP clients.
• Maintain and update customer, lead and inventory data in internal databases.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Customer Service and Settlement teams on approvals and fund transfers.
• Keep client records organized and track daily sales and funding statuses.
