Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
At least 1 year of banking experience with exposure to branch operations, account opening or CDD.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Self-motivated, able to work independently in a structured banking environment.

Responsibilities

Involve in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes for onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger event reviews under branch operations.
Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation checks and detailed analysis of customer profiles.
Transition front-line branch experience into a dedicated back-office CDD/AML compliance and account opening support function
