Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 8 years of banking experience with 5+ years in branch operation management.
Proven track record in corporate banking business.
Experience in new product development or promotion is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with service mindset.
Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage branch staff to deliver high-quality customer service and ensure smooth branch operations.
Oversee customer onboarding, KYC, transaction operations, and cash management.
Formulate branch strategy and set KPIs aligned with Bank direction for growth of high-net-worth clients, deposits, and revenue.
Develop and drive enhancements to products and services to meet customer needs.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Support ad-hoc assignments as required.
