Job summary

Wings Recruitment Partners Limited is partnering with a well-established bank in Hong Kong to recruit a Branch Operation Manager for its retail banking division. The role focuses on supervising counter services and ensuring smooth daily branch operations to maintain service quality for customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in retail banking operations, with supervisory exposure, and strong interpersonal and bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in retail banking operations, with at least 1 year in supervisory role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise counter services and handle all round branch operations.
• Ensure a smooth branch operations to enhance service quality to customers.
