Job summary

CHANEL Hong Kong is seeking a Retail Operations Assistant Manager to strengthen the operational foundations across our HK/MO boutique network, ensuring consistency, confidence, and the discipline expected of a global luxury Maison.

You will lead SOP development, coordinate initiatives, safeguard inventory integrity, and coach boutique teams to deliver a seamless client experience in a luxury Maison.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
• Experience coordinating retail operations initiatives including system implementations and process changes.
• Strong ability to analyze operational issues, coordinate follow-up actions, and elevate risks.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support boutique operational standards and excellence across the HK/MO market to align with global Maison requirements.
• Coordinate readiness activities for new initiatives, seasonal peaks, and key business activations.
• Monitor inventory and BOH operations, ensuring stock accuracy and governance.
• Lead and coach boutique teams on operational processes, tools, and required ways of working.
• Collaborate with managers to embed initiatives and ensure effective implementation.
