Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited, on behalf of a global luxury group, seeks a Boutique Operations Manager in Hong Kong. You will oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring exceptional client experience and service standards.

You will coach, motivate, and develop a small team of sales professionals to hit performance targets, manage inventory and visual merchandising, and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to grow boutique sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory or training capacity
• Diploma or above; strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills; passion for fine watchmaking

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure exceptional client experience and service standards
• Coach, motivate, and develop a small team of sales professionals to hit performance targets
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and after-sales service coordination
• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele to grow boutique sales
• Act as brand ambassador and take on expanding leadership responsibilities as the boutique grows
• Maintain boutique operations with a standard 5-day work week
