Urban Property Management Limited is seeking a customer service professional to deliver prompt support to residents and property owners across residential or commercial developments. You will respond to inquiries, maintain accurate client records, and coordinate with maintenance, security, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires 1–3 years of related experience, fluency in Cantonese with proficiency in English and Mandarin, and strong communication and problem‑solving

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, property management, or related fields.
• Fluency in Cantonese (mandatory), plus working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proficient in common office software (e.g., MS Office) and comfortable using CRM or property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and timely customer service to residents and property owners in residential or commercial developments.
• Maintain and update client records accurately, ensuring consistent communication and relationship continuity.
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in‑person interactions with empathy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, security, and management teams to resolve resident issues promptly.
• Support ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.
