Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by handling enquiries and complaints to employers and helpers.
• Responsible for job matching with employer and helper.
• Handle clerical tasks such as related forms and contracts with care.
• Manage documentation at Philippines Consulate, HK Immigration Department and other authorities or partners.
• Complete assignments from supervisor related to the employment agency.
• Coordinate with Operations issues and procedures.
