Job summary

B P International in Hong Kong is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead service at events, coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

You will hold weekly briefings with the Banquet Manager, supervise casual labor, and manage setup/breakdown and last-minute details to guarantee smooth events across venues in 尖沙咀.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in the Banquet or Catering industry.
• Proactive, well organized, with good communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.

• Deliver quality and professional food and beverage service to all events.
