Job summary

TWO MACDONNELL ROAD in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily service, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will assist the Manager with guest profiles, stock and maintenance needs, and staff scheduling to support smooth operations.

Applicants should hold a Hotel & Catering Management qualification, have at least 3 years in F&B (hotel experience a bonus), and be fluent in English and Chinese. Shifts include early, mid and late hours across Central and Mid-Levels.

• Strong customer service orientation and sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.

• Assist the Manager with administrative tasks such as guest profile management, stock and maintenance requisitions, staff scheduling and record keeping
• Assist in oversee staff performance, train and coach staff to ensure asmooth operation
• Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness in restaurant

Requirements:

• Holder of Certificate/Diploma in hotel & catering management
• Minimum of 3year’s experience in F&B industry, experience inhotels will be an advantage
• Customer-oriented, passionate,enthusiastic and sense of responsibility
• Strong conflict resolution/management and decision-making skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work on shift (0700-1630/1230-2200), weekends and statutoryholidays
