Job summary

The Arca is seeking a guest-focused F&B attendant to serve guests in our designated dining setting at our Hong Kong hotel. You will provide friendly, professional service aligned with hotel standards and help maintain smooth restaurant operations.

In this role you will assist with seating, take orders, recommend dishes and beverages, and handle duties assigned by hotel management. Fluency in English and Chinese is required, with a diploma or higher in Hotel and Catering Operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to our guests in accordance with hotel standards.
