Cognizant in Hong Kong is seeking a senior Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Banking & Financial Services. You will own the assigned BFS client portfolio, manage day-to-day relationships, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities with a client-first mindset.

Role requires deep BFS domain knowledge, substantial IT services sales experience, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward profitable growth and long-term partnerships.

Formación

• 12+ years of IT/technology services industry experience in a client-facing consultative or engagement-management role.
• 7+ years of business development and consultative account expansion experience with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Senior business development professional with a proven track record in managing, retaining and growing client businesses.
• Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong BFS market and familiarity with local regulatory environment.

Responsabilidades

• Owns account P&L for the Hong Kong BFS portfolio and drives profitable growth.
• Drives new business and expansion opportunities across multiple accounts.
• Develops sales plans and proposals in collaboration with service lines and Client Partner review.
• Orchestrates AI-enabled solutions and positions Cognizant as an AI Builder, not just a delivery vendor.
• Responds to RFPs/RFIs with compelling value propositions to win new work.
• Maintains trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders and leaders.
