Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking an experienced banking professional to join the Commercial Banking division in Hong Kong. You will manage and expand a portfolio of SME and mid-cap clients, driving revenue and strengthening client relationships across a range of banking products.

You will prepare credit proposals based on financial analysis, achieve targets for loans and deposits, and lead cross-selling initiatives while maintaining risk-approved credit quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in commercial banking with a portfolio of local corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of working capital financing, trade finance, and structured lending.
• Excellent credit assessment skills and the ability to evaluate risk and profitability.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
