Job summary

Aspenwood Capital Limited is seeking an Operations Analyst to support wealth management and family office operations in Hong Kong. You will bridge relations between relationship managers and financial institutions, assist with client onboarding, and help implement compliance processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in banking or operations, strong bilingual communication in English and Mandarin, excellent organization, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in banking/operations or compliance
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Bridge communication between relationship managers and financial institutions
• Support client account opening, identify workflow gaps, and assist in onboarding
• Assist in regulatory research and compliance framework implementation
