Job summary

Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada is seeking a seasoned AVP of Process Excellence to lead strategic process transformation across Sun Life's Asia Operations. You will drive efficiency, client experience, and digital adoption through Lean, Six Sigma and cutting-edge technologies.

You will partner with C-suite leaders and regional transformation teams to design standardized processes, oversee change programs and measure value realization across markets in Asia.

Qualifications

• Expert-level understanding of Lean and Six Sigma in insurance operations.
• Deep knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory environments across Asian markets.
• Advanced expertise in digital transformation technologies for financial services.
• Mastery of change management for large-scale organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead process excellence strategy across Sun Life Asia Operations.
• Drive digital adoption with RPA, AI-OCR, automated underwriting and fraud management systems.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives, business units and regional teams to standardize processes.
• Design and oversee change management programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance and ensure ROI from transformation initiatives across markets.
