You will plan, organize and drive projects, coach teams, and partner with business, operations and technology to uplift end-to-end processes and customer experience while delivering measurable cost savings.

Qualifications

• University graduate or professional qualification in banking & finance, business management, digital transformation, AI/automation.
• 10+ years in banking with process re-engineering, change management or customer experience management.
• Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation or data-driven enhancement projects.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification preferred.
• Ability to build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology and other stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head in budgeting and governance.
• Optimize processes and models to realize efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Leverage technologies to uplift end-to-end processes and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, productivity and service quality improvement; drive from inception to implementation.
• Develop productivity management tools and KPIs.
• Establish and communicate outputs as measurable gains.
• Collaborate across functions to align goals and drive execution.
• Mentor analysts and engineers to uplift delivery standards.
