Job summary

Sun Life Asia Operations seeks an AVP of Process Excellence to lead strategic process transformation, governance, and digital adoption across markets. You will shape best‑in‑class processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and automation to deliver efficiency and superior client experience.

You will partner with C‑suite and regional teams to drive change, monitor ROI, and sustain continuous improvement across insurance operations in Asia.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in process excellence and transformation roles, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, PMP, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Process Transformation: develop and execute a comprehensive process excellence strategy across Asian markets.
• Digital Innovation: lead adoption of technologies like RPA, AI-OCR, automated underwriting, and fraud management systems.
• Cross-functional Leadership: collaborate with C-suite, business unit leaders, and regional teams to standardize processes.
• Change Management: design large-scale programs to enable new processes and sustain culture of continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: establish KPIs and ensure ROI from transformation projects across Asia.
