OCBC is seeking a Process Management Specialist to streamline operations, improve processes, and drive measurable efficiency across clearing activities. You will collaborate with multiple teams to design changes, monitor impact, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, map current and future workflows, and communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders to enable successful transformation.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inward and outward clearing operations and ensure timely processing and compliance with HKICL cut-off requirements.
• Supervise signature verification and exception handling for inward paper cheque clearing.
• Manage data entry, balancing, and reconciliation for outward paper cheque clearing.
• Validate and generate clearing-related data files, image files, and return files for HKICL.
• Review and submit clearing files to HKICL per schedules and standards.
• Monitor daily clearing, CCASS, and FINI transactions for accuracy and efficiency.
