Job summary

OCBC Hong Kong is seeking an experienced banker to lead acquisition of new-to-bank and new-to-loan clients, develop a healthy loan portfolio, and exercise prudent credit assessment in support of SME and commercial clients.

You will implement business strategies to expand commercial accounts, conduct due diligence including AML, FATCA and CRS, and cross-sell banking products while delivering outstanding service to SMEs. Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• 6-8 years solid experience in banking, preferably corporate/SME.
• Sound knowledge of Commercial lending.
• Strong sales-driven attitude and results orientation.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New-to-Bank and New-to-Loan clients
• Develop and maintain a healthy loan portfolio
• Exercise prudent credit assessment
• Implement business strategies to cultivate and expand commercial accounts
• Conduct customer due diligence, AML assessment, FATCA and CRS
• Cross sell banking products and services
• Provide good customer service to SME customer
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor
