Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced banking professional to lead SME lending initiatives, manage credit risk, and drive cross-sell opportunities with Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, and Global Markets.

You will review credit proposals, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while delivering solid results in a challenging, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in banking industry, corporate/ SME banking preferred
• Sound knowledge on SME lending
• Strong sales driven and result-oriented
• Fluency in English, Chinese and Putonghua; ECF-CRM qualification advantageous

Responsibilities

• Promote and solicit new Serial Keyman / other business to achieve KPIs.
• Manage and grow existing portfolio to achieve KPIs
• Implement business strategies to cultivate and expand Serial accounts
• Exercise prudent credit assessment
• Independently manage the full spectrum of credit process, including preparing credit approval reports
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to pitch and close cross-sells across Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Global Markets
