BPS Global Management Limited in Hong Kong seeks a driven Solution Consultant to develop automation and robotics business opportunities across the region. The role focuses on technical consultancy, client demonstrations, and delivering innovative solutions for logistics technology and automation projects.

You will manage the full sales cycle, coordinate with partners, and stay updated on AI-enabled automation trends. Cantonese and English proficiency are valued for effective customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, business development, solution consulting, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, AGV/AMR, intralogistics, material handling systems, or industrial technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Experience in tender preparation, quotations, and proposal development preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems, AutoCAD, or warehouse management technologies is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities in warehouse automation, robotics, logistics technology, and software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and technology partners.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions.
• Conduct client presentations, solution demonstrations, and site visits.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
• Support the design and development of automation solutions including AGV/AMR systems, robotics, conveyors, ASRS, and WMS/WCS.
