Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited seeks an Automation Analyst to shape AI-driven automation across RPA, Python and GenAI. You will design, build and support end-to-end automation solutions, integrating UiPath, APIs and AI capabilities with business systems.

Senior candidates will provide technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and mentorship, while collaborating with international teams to deliver scalable, reliable automation that boosts operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development, automation, or related IT functions.
• Hands-on RPA development experience (UiPath preferred).
• Strong Python skills, including scripting, API development, system integration, and automation frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, LangChain and RAG is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support automation solutions using UiPath, Python, APIs and AI technologies.
• Build and optimize end-to-end workflows integrating RPA, business systems, and LLM-powered capabilities.
• Develop automation scripts, integrations, and reusable components to improve operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• 3-5 years (Junior) / 6+ years (Senior) experience in software development, automation, or related IT functions.
• Hands-on RPA development experience (UiPath preferred); end-user automation experience alone is insufficient.
• Strong Python skills, including scripting, API development, system integration, and automation frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and intelligent automation concepts; experience with LangChain and RAG is highly desirable.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that combine RPA, Python, APIs, and AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Senior candidates should demonstrate automation solution architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring experience.

Preferred

• UiPath certification.
• Experience with Azure AI/OpenAI, Power Platform, OCR/IDP, cloud technologies, or Automation CoE environments.
