Sheraton in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead front office and hotel operations. The role involves day-to-day customer service, guest liaison, and overseeing serviced apartment services within a luxury hotel environment.
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in hotel operations, a passion for meeting diverse guests, and a commitment to service excellence across a high-end property.
Qualificações
- 3 years' relevant experience in hospitality or customer service.
- 6 years hotel or club house operations experience.
Responsabilidades
- Duty in-charge at Front Office and Hotel Operations.
- To assist in daily operation, handling customer’s enquires.
- Customer services of serviced apartments.
- Security duties included.
