Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a capable transformation professional to oversee our wellness program, coordinate across workstreams, and drive agency engagement to support sales of insurance products.

You will translate business objectives into practical strategies and roadmaps, partnering with customer, marketing, ABDD, digital, operations, and compliance teams to deliver measurable outcomes that enhance customer lifetime value and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience in insurance, healthcare or financial services with change initiatives.
• Experience building relationships with agency/distribution stakeholders and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wellness program management, agency engagement, and marketing/communications.
• Translate business priorities into program roadmaps and execution plans.
• Lead go-to-market and member growth, engagement, retention, and sales campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional governance across propositions, distribution, customer experience, and operations.
• Develop performance reports and executive presentations.
