Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a seasoned Campaign & Product Implementation professional for a hybrid role. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, optimize profitability, and drive timely execution across teams to achieve business goals and stronger customer outcomes.

Vous will work closely with Operations, Marketing and Distribution, applying data insights to craft compelling offers and measure impact, while managing post-campaign activities and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree with 10–15 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Experience with campaign implementation and execution, including business requirements, spec reviews and UAT.
• Experience producing campaign materials (leaflets, brochures).
• Handling enquiries from agency/distribution teams and customers.
• In-depth knowledge of product development, operations and system processes.
• Able to work under stress and tight timelines; results-oriented.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Must be licensed if job involves regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compelling offers for campaigns to drive growth.
• Drive innovation and multi-channel campaign ideas and strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Handle post-campaign follow-up and respond to enquiries.
• Collaborate with Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution, Marketing to execute initiatives.
• Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage and handle campaign appeals across channels.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required.
