Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a senior Business Transformation professional to lead digital platform initiatives that improve customer journeys and business outcomes. You will partner with design, analytics, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end digital experiences aimed at healthier, longer, better lives.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in insurance/healthcare/finance, strong strategic and PM skills, and hands-on data tool experience (Python/Java/SAS, SQL, PowerBI/Tableau).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/ Computer Science or equivalent; postgraduate degree a plus.
• 12+ years of working experience in Insurance, healthcare or financial industries.
• Experience driving and leading large-scale applications/digital platforms and data initiatives; regional scope preferred.
• Exposure to multiple business functions and cross-functional execution in regulated environments.
• Strong strategic analysis and project/program management capabilities; able to coordinate diverse teams.
• Proficiency in programming/data analytics tools (Python/Java/SAS) and data visualization (SQL/Oracle/PowerBI/Tableau).
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken); Mandarin a plus; able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to obtain licenses if required for regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into concrete digital solutions aligned with platform strategy and KPIs.
• Collaborate with design and technology teams to deliver end-to-end digital journeys and enhancements.
• Lead delivery governance, UAT, production readiness, and post-implementation reviews for apps/digital platforms.
• Analyse data insights to understand user needs and improve customer journeys and outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing requirements across digital initiatives.
• Provide clear reporting and executive-level communications on performance and value delivery.
