The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a customer-first mindset to deliver lasting impact through digital innovation.

Qualifications

• University / College Graduate with 7–10 years' relevant experience in insurance.
• Experience in execution and project implementation is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Proven track record in digital transformation and UX.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, drive and industrialise Digital Agent Engagement strategies to maximise agent productivity and retention.
• Develop knowledge and application of new digital technology within the team.
• Support AI technology to deliver seamless agent digital experiences and drive productivity.
