AIA Hong Kong is seeking a senior professional to lead agency digital transformation efforts. You will drive digital agent engagement, oversee analytics initiatives, and coordinate across business units to deliver innovative platforms.

Responsibilities include formulating engagement strategies, managing AI adoption, and ensuring platform stability while driving user growth and adoption across the agency network.

Qualifications

• University / College Graduate with minimum of 7-10 years in insurance industry.
• Knowledge in execution & project implementation is an advantage.
• Outgoing with good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Extensive IT and Digital apps development knowledge.
• Demonstrated depth of UX experience and creativity.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Strong project management skills, self-motivated and adaptable.
• Articulate with excellent written/verbal communication; ability to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Formulate, drive and industrialise Digital Agent Engagement strategies to maximise productivity.
• Continuously develop the team's capability to apply new digital technology.
• Support AI technology adoption to deliver seamless agent digital experience.
• Supervise to maintain stability of core digital platforms and collaborate with IT teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement agency requirements.
• Use data analysis to propose initiatives to engage more users.
• Develop strategic plans to uplift users on core digital platforms.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues; support mitigation planning.
• Conduct training, promotions or incentive programs to drive adoption.
