Job summary

Lai Sun Development Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to manage the Senior Executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, coordinating domestic and international travel and itineraries.

You will screen emails and communications, prepare meeting materials, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion, while supporting personal arrangements and ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, C-suite leaders, or board-level management.
  • Proven experience managing schedules and multiple priorities, with hands-on experience in the PRC market will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage expenses, reimbursements and administrative documentation.
  • Provide personal assistance support, including personal appointments, family-related arrangements and ad hoc requests.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Anticipate the Senior Executive's needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
  • Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned by the Senior Executive.
