Tallore in Wan Chai is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager with solid cooking and kitchen experience to lead the day-to-day operation of the store. This role combines kitchen duties with team supervision and delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage stock, food quality and wastage, ensure food safety and hygiene, and support both front-of-house and takeaway services during peak periods. Cantonese and English proficiency is required for team and customer communication.

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Store Manager with solid cooking and kitchen experience to help lead the day-to-day operation of our store. This is a hands-on role combining kitchen operations, team supervision and customer service.

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
• Supervise and lead the store team and arrange daily duties and workflow
• Manage stock control, ordering, food quality and wastage
• Ensure daily operating procedures, food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Support customer service, cashier and takeaway orders during busy periods
• Handle day-to-day store issues independently and report key matters to management
• Assist with staff training and part-time manpower arrangements when required
• Practical cooking and kitchen preparation experience
• Experience supervising or leading an F&B team preferred
• Able to work independently and manage daily store operations
• Responsible, proactive, detail-minded and good at problem solving
• Willing to work hands-on in both kitchen and customer-facing operations
• Good command of Cantonese and English for communication with customers and team members

HK$18,000–21,000 per month (depending on experience)
