Job summary

Caviar House & Prunier (HK) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in delivering premium service and fine foods.You will manage daily operations, coach staff, schedule shifts, and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines while driving sales and profitability.

The role requires strong communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, a minimum of five years in F&B and retail management, and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications
