Job summary

Social Goods Limited is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the bakery shop’s daily operations, manage opening and closing procedures, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure displays, cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently maintained.

You will track sales, support basic reporting, implement promotional activities, and continually improve shop processes to meet business goals. Strong communication is essential; English is required and Cantonese is preferred.

About you

Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure guests receive attentive support and a consistent, positive visit

Experience in retail, hospitality, or food service environments, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, or willingness to complete relevant training and certifications

English speaking is required

Cantonese speaking is preferred
