Job summary

The Academïcs Group in Repulse Bay is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure top service. You will lead service staff, coach team members, and promote our brand to guests while managing orders and stock.

You should bring at least three years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and be fluent in Cantonese and English. Immediate availability is preferred and a full-time position with rotating shifts awaits.

• Western restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Job Requirements: At least three year of relevant experience; candidates with Western restaurant experience will be given priority.

Proficient in Cantonese and English.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Working Hours: 5–6 working days per week, with shift rotations.

9 working hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break.

Work Locations: Repulse Bay

6 days of rest per month.

9–12 days of annual leave.

15 days of Statutory holidays.
