Tallore is a healthy food restaurant located in Wan Chai. We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager with solid cooking and kitchen experience to help lead day-to-day store operations, supervise the team and deliver excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in both kitchen and front-of-house, manage stock and duties, and report to management. Cantonese and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Practical cooking and kitchen work experience.
• Experience supervising or leading an F&B team preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage daily store operations.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-minded and good at problem solving.
• Willing to work hands-on in both kitchen and customer-facing operations.
• Good command of Cantonese and English for communication with customers and team members.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
• Supervise and lead the store team and arrange daily duties and workflow
• Manage stock control, ordering, food quality and wastage
• Ensure daily operating procedures, food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Support customer service, cashier and takeaway orders during busy periods
• Handle day‑to‑day store issues independently and report key matters to management
• Assist with staff training and part‑time manpower arrangements when required
